Superfluid staking is the process where you put your staking tokens in DeFi, and stake the received DeFi assets to obtain additional yield. This way your tokens are being useful to the DeFi space (e.g. by providing liquidity) while securing the network. This is also the reason Sunny Agarwal, the co-founder of Osmosis Zone, refers to it as proof-of-useful stake!
